In the advertising industry there are several manager positions. Here are a few of them.

Advertising media manager: The advertising media manager plans and puts into place media programs in the advertising campaigns. Media managers hold meetings with product managers, advertising agency representatives such as the media planners and buyers. During these meetings the department establishes media goals and objective, and the strategies to achieve the goals and objectives within the specified advertising budget.

Advertising brand manager: An advertising brand managers’ main objective is creating a lasting impression among consumers, growing product sales and growing the products current market share. An advertising brand manager keeps an eye on market trends and oversees advertising activities to ensure the correct message is delivered for their product. Advertising brand managers work closely with different teams within the company, including product developers, researchers and creative agencies ensure their company brand image is portrayed properly.

Advertising sales manager: Advertising Sales managers organize and lead a team of advertising sales representatives, they must develop strategies for the advertising sales team to use these strategies to maximize sales and customer loyalty. Advertising sales manager duties include recruiting and training a team of advertising sales representatives, devising a marketing plan and setting sales goals for each individual sales representative so that the entire team meets the target sales together. Advertising sales managers divide representatives into teams and assign them a territory to represent. The advertising sales manager must manage their team of advertising sales representatives and encourage them to meet their sales goals.



Advertising print production Manager: The print production manager is responsible for managing the process from bids, to production and delivery of the final publications. As Print Production Manager, you will have full responsibility for managing production and resources across the print department. Print Production Manager must prepare print products for production and submitting various proofs for approval. Print production managers are strong project managers, and they must be able to manage multiple jobs simultaneously.
