Include turnaround time and your company procedure. In your company procedure state for clients how you are going to handle work and how you are going to work with them. The last part of your information packet include samples of your work, if you do not yet have samples, make some look throughout the newspaper magazines pick a topic to write on, you won’t be able to draw a clientele if you don’t have something they can look at.
