The Position:
This Marketing Operations role will support the strategic growth of our Media Partnerships team by bringing multiple complex processes to an efficient and streamlined state. If you are forward-thinking, efficiency-driven, detail-oriented, and have strong project management skills, you’ll be successful in this role. You’ll work collaboratively with marketing and technology teams to build, improve, and grow a dynamic fast-paced media business.

Responsibilities
Support media partner planning, asset management, and the overall coordination of premium digital advertising campaign
Data gathering and analysis to inform strategic planning across products and partnerships.
Handle day-to-day operation needs of team reporting, communication flows, and find efficiencies in current internal processes
Find trends and patterns in large datasets, theorize ways to utilize those trends, and share them broadly with the team. Build ad-hoc reports as necessary
Research industry trends and changes that will drive company-wide best practices and uncover best-in-class opportunities for current partnerships and LendingTree products
Understand LendingTree’s marketing technology and data stack with the goal of improving efficiencies in process and data-visibility
Experience / Training / Education:
2-3 years of experience in marketing operations
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:
Ability to identify best practices, establish process efficiencies, and proactively present and execute production solutions.
Strengths working cross-functionally across projects and teams, with competing deadlines and varying levels of prioritization
Strong project management skills
Familiarity with marketing campaign types (CPM, CPC, etc.) and their key performance metrics (CTR, Conversion rates, etc.)
Strong analytical skills
Incredible attention-to-detail
Advanced Excel knowledge, including pivot tables and vlookups
Effective oral and written communication skills
Functioning knowledge of the digital marketing ecosystem
Nice to have:
Previous experience with Financial Products
SQL experience
Reporting platform experience: Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Tableau, etc.
