As an Executive Design Supervisor, you drive production success for your client within an ever-evolving, performance-driven team. Providing subject matter expertise and leadership to the integrated team can be difficult, but your deep-rooted knowledge, tact, and good judgement when interacting with others allows you to tackle the challenge. You have the work mentality of a production supervisor proper knowing what it takes to get work done, and how to drive a multi-agency team with vast supplier relationships, towards success. You have the ability to see both the trees and the forest at once. You are able to delegate while still maintaining an understanding of the details of the work, keeping your focus on a centralized vision of success for the overall client portfolio. A hard production deadline doesn’t make you sweat; it gets you out of bed, knowing you’re skilled in helping shape production solutions for your client, and in working with your leads to ensure you have the right team and tools to set the project up for success. You appreciate a data-driven model are familiar with the big martech acronyms, DAM, CMP, DSP, DCO, etc. and can speak to these tools and models with confidence when designing solutions for your client.
You Will:
Direct all aspects of your client’s optimized dynamic production model, while also effectively engaging with your leads to support the larger business vision.
Be a leader in our agency’s production evolution by joining the creative automation team within our production design studio – Artbot – which combines the art of systems design, intelligent automation, and asset technology within a highly-scaled operational built to support personalization.
Work with a team of Design Directors, Creative Engineers, Production Designers, QA, Proof, Asset Managers, and Supervisors – all with the common goal of setting your client’s work up for success in execution.
Work closely with the tradition brand agency and your design leadership team to ensure creative is optimized for media and scale.
Work with your leads in guiding the evolution from manual - based traditional production design workflows to one of automation for your client and for the Studio at large.
Resolve conflict and chaos within the daily pressures of running a complex production solution and those within it.
Work closely with your Account and PM teams, and the Studio’s Operations Director ensuring your client’s needs are well understood, staffed, and budgeted towards success.
Work with your leads to deliver results by managing a team aligned to technology, innovation, and business objective for one of the world’s largest brands.
Ensure optimal casting of people to the right projects and briefs within your client’s portfolio, and work with your leads and the Studio’s operations team to implement.
Develop strong and trusted relationships with client stakeholders.
You Have:
6-8 years of production experience in content creation, marketing, advertising, or automation design and creative consulting.
Demonstrated understanding of digital performance marketing, analytics & optimization models, and supporting AdTech and eCommerce technologies (ie DCO, creative automation).
Experience on fast-paced, high-volume retail accounts. Tech and Telecom experience are a plus.
Strong oral and written communication and presentation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex teams and client relations. Experience navigating complex, integrated multi-agency team structures strongly preferred.
Strong leadership skill to motivate your team.
In depth knowledge of content management, metadata schema, creative taxonomy, and AI-driven optimization models aligned to DCO best practice.
Outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to react quickly, assess, and assemble the ideal team to effectively implement solutions.
Experience running a fast paced, quickly growing, studio of like-minded “maker” practitioners inclusive of creative and production talents and everything in between.
Tried and true instinctual knowledge that only comes from lessons learnt along the way.
