The Trailhead program is the start of your epic journey at Critical Mass. During your initial 12-weeks, you will embark on a custom-built learning journey to understand what we do, who we are, and how we make award-winning work with our clients. Our goal is to integrate you into the amazing work we do here at Critical Mass, and support you as part of the team to grow your career with us!

Our Summer 2023 Trailhead Cohort commences June 5, 2023.

As an Associate Copywriter, you are a storyteller who loves to collaborate with creatives and

strategists to bring a digital voice to life. You’ve got the basics of site copy, banner ads, direct e

mails,

interactive scripts, and other online marketing. Copy is your comfort

zone, but you’ve got

a well

rounded knowledge of the broader industry

social media, usability, online marketing,

and traditional advertising. Grasping communication challenges and devisi

ng imaginative

solutions that are both brilliant and on

brand is what you do.

You will:

Collaborate with creative team members to determine the conceptual and copy direction.

Participate in strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief de

velopment

and creative execution of campaigns.

Interact with project teams to understand business objectives and audience demographics.

Translate creative direction and copy points from creative briefs into engaging and

effective copy concepts.

Maintain hi

gh standards of copywriting and exercise quality control.

Work on multiple projects simultaneously.

You have:

Experience as a copywriter in an agency environment

including experience with

interactive media and direct marketing.

A keen enthusiasm for and de

monstrable understanding of Web trends and technologies.

Exceptional writing skills, including the ability to write in a range of voices and styles for

varied projects with diverse audiences.

An ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and effec

tively juggle diverse

writing demands.

Demonstrated communication skills and an eye for detail.
