Profile

**Basic Qualifications**
Bachelors degree required in related elds (Interior Design, Interior Architecture, & Architecture)
Professional experience with a design firm, advertising agency, or in-house creative department (5 - 8 years)
Retail, hospitality, or restaurant design/development including production and management of construction documents. (3-8 years)
CAD drafting in Revit (required)
3D modeling in Sketchup, Revit, & Rhino (required)
3D Rendering in Enscape. V-ray or equiv.
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Ofce suite.
Basic knowledge of remote working tools.
**Preferred Qualifications**
Project management experience (2 years )
People management experience (2 years )
Masters degree in related elds (Interior Design, Interior Architecture, & Architecture)
Experience managing external architectural and/or design consultants (2 - 5 years)
Experience managing a creative team in a creative environment (2 years)
Familiarity or experience in Parametric 3D modeling (Grasshopper, Dynamo, or equivalent).
Familiarity or experience in V.R & A.R software (Enscape, Twinmotion, etc.)
Familiarity or experience in game development software (Unity and/or Unreal Engine)
Adobe Creative Suite Video Software (Premiere & AfterEffects)
**Required Knowledge**
Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities.
Ability to absorb, understand and retain strategic objectives connect the dots and translate into tactical results.
Sophisticated understanding of the interplay of Brand - Design Communication - Execution
Current knowledge of industry trends in retail store and restaurant design including furniture and nishes.
Current working knowledge of building and health codes and compliance issues.
Creative problem-solving, strategic system thinking skills
Able to spark creative thinking in team and others to challenge the status quo
Sophisticated understanding of the interplay of Brand - Design Communication.
Ability to lead effective brainstorming sessions to spark big idea thinking
Ability to prioritize, and execute multiple projects and/or designs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Ability to communicate design with hand sketches/drawings, renderings, animation.
Current knowledge of industry trends in retail store and restaurant design including furniture and nishes.
Demonstrated 3D visualization ability and working knowledge of color and design principles.
Articulate design issues in written and verbal communication.
Ability to translate stated design principles / objectives into unique and varied store locations.
Current working knowledge of building and health codes and compliance issues.
Knowledge of architectural details and specications for construction document production.
Understanding of detail assembly, fabrication, and construction processes.
Able to multi-task & work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to plan and manage schedules for multiple tasks
