I have been in the financial services industry for just over 6 years and clearly understand the pain points when it comes to effective digital advertising. I have now created a business where social media marketing services can effectively automate lead generation and other digital marketing services for residential mortgage brokers. The Job:
- You are a sales representative
- To start, you will be provided warm, qualified leads.
- I will constantly be helping you get these leads through research and our digital agency advertising methods
- We will be generating our leads directly from LinkedIn
- I will have a slack channel set up so we can remain in constant communication
- We will qualify your leads, set appointments
- You will then be able to walk them through our provided sales script get payment information, introduce them to onboarding process
The Qualities of a Successful Sales Rep:
- 3 years Sales Experience (closing high ticket sales over the phone)
- Experience working in digital marketing products (Facebook and instagram ads, SEO, PPC etc.)
- Based in the US
- Speak fluent English
- Self-starter
- Organized and can complete extended follow-up if necessary
- Likes to continually set their goals higher than the last goals set
- Has experience in Facebook ads, Instagram ads, and Sales Funnels and digital marketing
- Can speak their way through any questions that the potential leads might have
- Bonus if you know your way around the mortgage broker and finance industry. Can successfully utilize buzzwords of the industry to gain prospects trust.
- Motivated and driven to succeed
- Proven sales experience (high ticket closing)

The Product youre selling:
- Training will be provided (sales scripts)
- Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns set up and ran for the client each month.
- A two-page sales funnel that qualifies leads generated by the Facebook ads.
- Full comprehensive weekly updates, so that they can see exactly how many leads their dollar is earning them.
- An on-demand support team, ready to troubleshoot any issues that arrive.
- Monthly maintenance of campaigns to ensure optimization of results.
- USD $1,500/month, plus the ad spend determined by the client.
