We are seeking an experienced technical Ad Operations expert to work on our emerging product Adflow.
Adflow presents customers with relevant offers in a post transaction environment on 3rd party ecommerce sites. It is prompted on the purchase confirmation page and matches consumers with relevant offers based on demographics and known purchase behavior.
What you'll do
Act as technical and Ops lead on supply and demand integration calls and emails
Independently run quality analysis on advanced e-commerce integrations launches
Utilize advanced CSS and HTML skills
Identify areas of improvement in GTM processes
Involved in cross-department initiatives to develop/refine products or processes
Troubleshoot advanced issues on all products
Build advanced, customer demos
Develop/Update internal and partner-facing documentation
Manage and execute all technical aspects of ad campaigns
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
Partner with Platform Product on UI recommendations for better operational success
Be a guide and resource for junior operations team members
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Ad Operations
Strong Understanding and experience with ad serving and tracking platforms like CM360, Tune, Impact Radius, CJ, Appsflyer, Adobe Advertising Cloud, Salesforce, etc. (Specifically with working with server-to-server post back integrations)
Tactical understanding of Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and UTM Codes and the relationship between digital advertising and website analytics
A proficient troubleshooter and problem solver with a deep understanding of the below: Javascript, Python, HTML and CSS
R(for Statistical Analysis)
Web development protocols
Chrome/Firefox developer tools
Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Extremely capable at developing and managing multiple initiatives associated with digital operational infrastructure, campaign management, product rollouts, onboarding, and day-to-day relationships with clients and vendors
Responsible for providing reporting and operation updates to Senior leadership within the Business Unit and company

Salary Range: $135,000 to $155,000 - The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Fluent salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
